Sustainable Water Engineering Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Engineer to lead and deliver high-profile water and water design projects, contributing to the region's sustainable water infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have expertise in hydrology or water network design projects and will provide technical leadership and oversight for multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.

Your new role, what's involved?
• Lead the design and delivery of water infrastructure projects, including hydrology, stormwater drainage, potable water, and wastewater networks.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Engage with clients, government authorities, and stakeholders to align project requirements.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and project bidding.
• Drive innovation and sustainability in water engineering solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Requirements:
• 12+ years of experience in water engineering, focusing on hydrology or water network design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Water Engineering, or a related field.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng, PE, or equivalent) preferred.
• Expertise in software such as EPANET, InfoWorks, SWMM, HEC-RAS, MIKE, or similar.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations and authorities is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
