At MicroHabitat, we are pioneering urban agriculture to improve the urban environment and encourage a better understanding of environmental issues. Our team is seeking individuals with ambition, leadership, and a passion for agriculture to fill the position of Urban Farmer. As an Urban Agriculture Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing urban agriculture projects in various locations.

• Setting up agriculture projects.
• Managing production areas.
• Monitoring, supporting, and evaluating urban agriculture activities throughout the season.
• Collaborating with the team to contribute to the expansion of our company and the deployment of urban agriculture worldwide.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in agriculture/urban agriculture/horticulture/environmental science/sustainable development and experience in the fields of agriculture, horticulture, or sustainable development. They will also possess strong writing and speaking skills, as well as good mobilization abilities and participatory leadership skills. Additionally, they should have a valid driver's license, two years of experience driving vehicles, and own an activated and functional smartphone.

We offer a competitive salary of $20.5/hour and provide snacks and coffee at the warehouse. We also offer social hours with the rest of the team about once a month.
