Job Description
In this role as a Remote Booking Agent, you'll play a crucial part in our team's efforts to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients through various communication channels, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
• Travel Planning: Utilize your expertise to research and book travel services, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.
• Itinerary Management: Create personalized itineraries that balance time, budget, and sustainability considerations, providing clients with a unique and enriching experience.
• Communication: Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding travel arrangements, changes, and updates, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Problem Resolution: Address any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the trip, finding solutions to ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and correspondence using our internal systems and software.

Requirements
• Previous experience in travel booking, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients, team members, and travel partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple bookings and prioritize tasks efficiently.
