We are seeking a skilled Food Service Specialist to join our team in Provincetown, MA. The successful candidate will have experience as a dishwasher in a high volume environment and be able to carry out the physical functions of the job.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station and kitchen area
• Properly store clean dishes and kitchen tools
• Empty trash and recycling bins as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with basic food preparation (chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, etc.)
• Follow kitchen prep lists and recipes accurately
• Maintain proper food storage and labeling procedures
• Assist with receiving and stocking kitchen supplies
• Keep prep areas clean and organized
