The ideal candidate has experience in product design, sustainable materials, and community-based production models.
• Strong knowledge of agri-tech, climate tech, green manufacturing, or bio-based products.
• Ability to work effectively with grassroots communities and cooperative production models.
• Familiarity with product prototyping and testing is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Develop new and existing products made from upcycled human hair.
• Coordinate closely with partner communities for product testing and scaling.
• Ensure quality control, certification processes, and performance testing standards.
• Translate customer needs into improved product features and new product ideas.
• Document production SOPs and assist in onboarding new community production sites.
