Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Product Packaging Innovator to join our team at Rose International. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging solutions for our medical device portfolio that prioritize sustainability.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement new sterile disposable packaging designs for radiology and cardiovascular medical procedures that minimize waste and reduce environmental impact.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop sustainable solutions.
• Provide knowledge of packaging materials, standards, and manufacturing processes to support the development of innovative packaging solutions that prioritize sustainability.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 3+ years of experience in packaging engineering or related field.
• Familiarity with disposable product usage and engineering design to influence packaging.
• Basic familiarity with medical device regulated design control process.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and interpersonal communication.
