Key Responsibilities
• Packaging Development & Innovation:
• Design and source sustainable packaging solutions that enhance product usability and consumer experience.
• Develop packaging that meets brand values and aligns with global standards.
• Material Expertise & Technical Execution:
• Evaluate packaging material compatibility with various product formulations.
• Conduct or oversee compatibility, transit, and stability testing alongside QC/QA teams.
• Regulatory Compliance & Labeling:
• Ensure compliance with domestic and international cosmetic packaging standards.
• Coordinate packaging certifications (e.g., COSMOS, Ecocert, FSC, ISO).
