About the Team

The Crushing Spare Products (CSP) Business Line team is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize the procurement process, reduce costs, and improve overall supplier performance.

This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and quality assurance, to align sourcing strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Analyze the supply chain and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their capabilities, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and sourcing.
