About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Board Members for a Sustainable Non-Profit Entity and Endowment. In this vital role, you will help build a sustainable model for environmental conservation that focuses on preserving flora and fauna, supporting park operations, and enhancing surrounding communities. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in driving our initiatives forward.

The responsibilities of the Board Members include:
• Collaborating on the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Advising on the non-profit’s governance structures and optimal operations.
• Contributing to plans for international expansion of our programs.
• Overseeing fund utilization in line with our strategic priorities, including operations, maintenance, education, research, and community outreach.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Senior-level experience in corporate governance, environmental conservation, fundraising, or non-profit management.
• Expertise in financial stewardship and intellectual property management.
• A proven track record of effective leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
