We are seeking a skilled and innovative Packaging Engineer to join our team. As a leading packager and processor of edible oils, we deliver high-quality products efficiently and cost-effectively while prioritizing sustainability.

This role involves cross-functional collaboration with production, design, logistics, and marketing teams to achieve packaging excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing packaging solutions to ensure product quality, sustainability, and cost-efficiency.
• Develop technical expertise to resolve packaging challenges and improve performance.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product data management to drive documented long-term solutions.
• Possess problem-solving skills to understand and coordinate team during machine commissioning, installation, and debugging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISTA and ASTM standards, excellent project management and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and environmental regulations pertaining to packaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, logistics, and marketing) to integrate packaging solutions into production workflows
• Analyze packaging costs and develop strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality
