In this role, you will be responsible for introducing new packaging materials and technologies, contributing to cost savings, quality improvements, and sustainability. You will support T&W LATAM sites in successfully implementing global packaging standards.

Your core responsibilities include:
• Developing and implementing new packaging solutions that meet our high standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the introduction of global packaging standards.
• Ensuring the successful implementation of new packaging equipment and lines.
• Providing technical expertise to support process issues related to packaging materials and systems.

This role requires a strong background in engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing roles that include new packaging and packaging systems validation, installation, and qualification.
