The Sustainable Operations Manager at beBeeMaintenance will manage environmental maintenance tasks, operate heavy machinery, and perform repairs. Job Description:

This role entails managing environmental maintenance tasks, machinery operations, and repairs.
• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, mowers, snow blowers, hydro clean machines, tractors, manure tanks, trucks, and trailers.
• Maintain routine operation and upkeep of shop equipment.
• Install and/or replace gate valves.
• Repair water lines, well water pumps, water meters, regulators, sewer lines, and machinery.
• Assist with seasonal snow removal, mowing, weed spraying, and site appearance.
• Carry out general maintenance duties as needed.
• Provide feedback to management where necessary.
• Work independently and prioritize daily tasks based on work orders.
• Exercise good listening skills and communication skills when working through support requests from production and other teams.
• Ensure daily focus is on animal welfare, not personal issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Attend work on scheduled days and at given times by supervisors.
• Be friendly, positive, helpful, team-oriented, and respectful to coworkers and management teams.

• Stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear.
• Lift up to 75 pounds along with climbing up ladders and over gates.
