Sustainable Water Restoration Specialist
Are you passionate about preserving Minnesota's lakes and waterways?

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our waterfront restoration crew in Detroit Lakes. As a SCUBA diver, you'll have the opportunity to work outdoors, enjoy physical activity, and contribute to the well-being of our lakes.

The ideal candidate will be physically fit, able to lift 80 pounds, and possess basic swimming skills. No prior SCUBA experience is necessary – we provide certification training for new team members. A clean driving record and ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical exam are also required.
• Collaborate with a team of 2-6 divers to remove lake weeds and vegetation from designated service areas.
• Haul removed plants from the lake shore to a truck or trailer for disposal.
• Maintain individual performance records and provide daily reports to management to ensure high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe working environment.

Working Conditions:
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, high humidity, and heat.
• Travel to job sites in a vehicle, typically spending 60% of time on site and 40% on off-job tasks.
• Days can vary in length (8-10 hours) with occasional overtime as needed throughout the summer.
