Key Responsibilities:

• Originate, structure, and close CPACE and other specialized commercial real estate financing transactions.">
• Cultivate and manage relationships with commercial property owners, developers, brokers, energy service companies (ESCOs), and municipal partners.">
• Develop new business opportunities within target markets, with a focus on sustainable building retrofits, new construction, and renewable energy projects.">
• Evaluate borrower financials, property due diligence, and project eligibility in alignment with CPACE program guidelines and underwriting standards.">
• Collaborate with internal underwriting, legal, and capital markets teams to ensure smooth and timely transaction execution.">
• Stay current on market trends, policy changes, and emerging opportunities within the CPACE and sustainable finance landscape.">
• Represent the company at industry conferences, client meetings, and networking events to strengthen brand awareness and deal flow.">
