What will you be doing

Supporting the execution of significant delivery projects across CIB Sustainable Finance
including
but not limited to
the standing
up of new growth initiatives

Monitoring and reporting on the delivery of Sustainable Finance projects
including tracking progress against plan and
where relevant
costs and return on investment

Assisting with the review of Sustainable Finance initiatives and projects to ensure that they are aligned with Barclays Group

s strategy

Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders which will support the delivery of strategic projects

Monitoring developments in Sustainable Finance
including changes to regulations and emerging best practices
adapting project requirements and delivery accordingly

Contributing to the development of Sustainable Finance project management methodologies

Taking on illustrative projects such as ESG data strategy
acceleration of new sustainability focused business lines
training
development programsWhat we

re looking for

Bachelors degree in finance
economics
or a related field and experience supporting front office areas in multidisciplinary projects

Knowledge of and passion for Sustainable Finance and its application in a business context

Experience with project management as part of a team
preferably including in a Sustainable Finance context

Ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSkills that will help you in the role

Solid analytical and problem
solving skills

Familiarity with sustainability projects and frameworks
