East West Bank is seeking a Sustainable Finance Specialist to join our Project Finance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, with a focus on sustainable projects.
• 15+ years of experience in middle market project finance banking, with a focus on bilateral transactions.
• Proven track record of originating, structuring, and closing project finance transactions in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent work experience
• Proven sales track record with client relationships that can be transferred to the Project Finance business at East West Bank
• Advanced knowledge of loan types, credit analysis, risk management, and loan documentation
• Strong credit underwriting experience, either through job experience or formal bank training
• Strong knowledge of FX/Interest Rate Swaps, Trade Finance, and Treasury Products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities will include originating senior debt financing for project finance transactions, working with the Project Finance team to underwrite, execute, and close deals.
