Counterpointe Sustainable Real Estate is a financial firm at the intersection of the commercial real estate and energy industries through diversified investments including PACE, mortgages, and other energy financial tools. Since 2014, we have had a major impact in reducing the commercial building sector’s carbon footprint and in providing resiliency to the nation’s infrastructure.

Position

This position is part-time during the school year or full-time during the spring semester to work with the firm's strategy, marketing, and communications. Position is not remote.

Strong research and writing skills are required. Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign & Photoshop required for marketing.

The key growth objective is to increase brand awareness, maintain our position as a thought leader, and drive lead generation among multiple stakeholders from commercial real estate investors, ESG impact investors, construction industry, OEM manufacturers, government policymakers, energy sector, and those concerned with green building and sustainability.

At a high level, this is what you’ll be responsible for:
• Drive and leverage all relevant channels to drive brand and demand: speaking events, ad campaigns, press releases, trade publications, retail websites traffic, content marketing, thought leadership, videos, webinars, workshops, seminars, and other events.
• Support investor communications and public relations.
• Develop and manage company brand and multi-channel campaigns from strategic conception on how to maximize applications to execution of media, digital, and print vehicles.
• Support development of CRM strategies to maximize relationships.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors.

Some experience in financial services OEM, solar, energy finance, commercial real estate, or construction is a plus.
