Marketing Coordinator Description: The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing marketing and business development initiatives, including social media management, communications, website maintenance, proposal development, and strategic marketing support. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Tasks: Maintain the company’s online presence, including website updates and social media management. Develop and edit marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency. Assist in tracking professional licensure, company registrations, and staff industry involvement. Support the creation and production of proposals, SOQs, and client presentations. Coordinate contract execution between clients and the leadership team. Manage and organize the content library, including prior proposals and marketing assets. Conduct research on clients, competitors, markets, and potential projects. Assist with event planning, trade shows, and business development meetings. Maintain CRM data and support business development activities. Coordinate with vendors for branded merchandise and marketing materials. Support leadership with strategic initiatives and internal coordination. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or a related role (AEC industry experience preferred). Skills: Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign experience required). Familiarity with CRM systems and social media platforms. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
