The Role

We're seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead our commercial solar projects from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensuring a safe working environment and enforcing safety protocols
• Providing training and development opportunities for team members
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting project progress

Qualifications
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in solar, electrical, or commercial construction supervision
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, electrical infrastructure, and construction practices
• OSHA 30 certification or higher
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
