Sustainable Design Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sustainable Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable design strategies and solutions for architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sustainable design, with experience in developing and implementing sustainable design strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet the highest standards of sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sustainable design strategies and solutions
• Coordinate and oversee the design process, including concept development, schematic design, and construction documents
• Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are met
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including project progress, finances, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards

Requirements:
• Professional degree in Architecture or related field
• Licensed in state of practice; LEED accreditation preferred
• Minimum 12 years of experience in sustainable design or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities
• Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
