The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with experience working on international projects and collaborating with non-profit organizations. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sustainable design strategies that promote environmental stewardship and community well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Design functional spaces that meet the needs of diverse communities.
• Pursue personal fundraising efforts to secure project funding.
• Guide and mentor junior staff in sustainable design principles.
• Evaluate designs for alignment with ministry and community values.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect.
• At least 8 years of experience in architecture & project management.
• Experience with non-profit or faith-based projects is an asset.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
