About the Role
• Key Responsibilities:
• Design and engineer HVAC and mechanical systems prioritizing sustainability, efficiency, and decarbonization.
• Develop detailed MEP drawings and specifications using Revit and other BIM tools.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system layout design.
• Collaborate with architects, electrical engineers, and sustainability consultants for integrated design.
• Participate in client meetings, design charrettes, and project coordination sessions.
• Support construction administration by reviewing submittals and monitoring system installation quality.
• Assist with project launches, including system commissioning and client handover.
