Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sustainability, real estate operations, and construction.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing industry-changing projects related to new construction and existing building operations. This will involve collaborating with clients and vendors to develop collaborative solutions, managing project-related documentation, performing research, conducting weekly meetings, and developing reports and memos communicating technical details, processes, and action items.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead project meetings, charrettes, and presentations.
• Develop and track sustainability metrics and goals.
• Complete documentation, including plans and calculations to achieve green building certifications (such as LEED, WELL, Zero Carbon, etc.).
• Develop technical documentation, proposals, and presentations to clients.
• Provide written and oral comments and reports to design teams, owners, or contractors.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:
• 3-6 years of experience in real estate sustainability, corporate environmental management, or energy efficiency.
• LEED AP, WELL AP, and/or Fitwel Ambassador experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, real estate, architecture, or a related field with a strong record of academic achievement.
