About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Building Specialist to lead our team in performance analysis and sustainable design. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design for energy modeling, façade analysis, water balance calculations, indoor environmental studies, and greenhouse gas analysis.
• Oversee the preparation of deliverables and documents, including narratives, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Provide engineering direction, mentorship, and guidance for the project team.
• Independently evaluate and apply engineering judgment, techniques, and procedures to complete a project from concepts through construction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering for discipline work.
• Relevant Professional Credential (i.e., PE) preferred.
• Requires a minimum of 2-4 years Regen R-2 or 3-5 years' related work experience.
