Green Building Projects Manager Role
We're seeking a talented Graduate Sustainable Building Architect to join our team as a Green Building Projects Manager. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing green building projects from concept design through to construction completion, ensuring sustainability targets are achieved.
• *Key Responsibilities and Duties:**
• Assist the project manager in actively managing green building projects.
• Consult with clients to determine the type, style, and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered.
• Generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons.
• Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, focusing on design, construction time, price, or other requirements.
• *Required Qualifications and Experience:**
• Minimum Degree in Architecture Technology or Architecture.
• Understanding of Carbon Footprint concept.
• Proficiency in architectural software programs, including AutoCAD and computer-aided design (CAD).
• Knowledge of renewable energy sources, such as heat pumps, solar, CHP, ground source, air source, and others.
• Experience in the energy, building services, utilities, or similar sectors.
• Understanding of carbon footprint calculation and greenhouse gas emissions calculations.
