Job Overview

As a Sustainable Building Design Expert, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and coordinating HVAC systems for healthcare and commercial buildings.

This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to develop efficient and sustainable mechanical systems.

A successful candidate will have the following background and abilities:
• Strong knowledge of sustainable building design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines
• Experience with Revit Modeling/Design
• Knowledgeable of various HVAC Systems Design
• Experience with Contract Administration (Shop Drawings, RFI's, Site Visits/Reports)
• Ability to multitask between various projects

Working Conditions:
• Work Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
• Possible remote work arrangements available
