Job Details

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and enhancing the overall performance of buildings to achieve specific goals related to energy efficiency, sustainability, occupant comfort, and environmental impact, ensuring that they are not only operating efficiently and using resources effectively, but also provide a comfortable and safe environment for occupants.

Typical responsibilities include:
• Energy analysis and performance design for new construction projects, renovation projects and carbon-neutral/zero net energy projects.
• Design consultation, including the selection of appropriate materials, technologies and systems
• Energy modeling
• Performance optimization
• ASHRAE guidelines; stay up to date on them and help us communicate these standards to our clients in ways they can understand
• Review construction documents to ensure proposed systems and materials align with efficiency and sustainability goals, especially for insulation and HVAC systems
