Cultivation and Maintenance
• Plant, prune, and maintain vanilla vines following sustainable agricultural practices.
Monitor plant health and apply organic treatments as needed.
• Harvesting: Hand-pollinate vanilla flowers during the blooming season.
Harvest vanilla beans and other crops at the appropriate time to ensure quality.
• Farm Operations: Prepare soil, plant new crops, and maintain irrigation systems.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of farm equipment and tools.
• Sustainability Practices: Implement eco-friendly methods in daily farming activities.
Participate in composting and waste management efforts.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all produce meets high-quality standards.
Document growth progress, harvest data, and any pest or disease occurrences.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet farming goals and deadlines.
Support community events, educational tours, and farm-to-table initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: Prior experience in farming, agriculture, or horticulture is preferred.
Knowledge of vanilla cultivation is a bonus but not required (training provided).
