Sustainability and Safety Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Sustainability and Safety Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in environmental incident investigations, occupational hazard management, and EHS policy development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead our sustainability and safety initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve workplace safety
• Develop and implement EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field with at least 4 years' experience
• Advanced EHS certifications, such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Expert-level data analysis and risk assessment capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report findings and make recommendations
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to group projects
