Vitus Energy LLC is seeking an experienced Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ESH, including developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
About the Role

This role requires a strong understanding of ESH principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of experience in ESH management, preferably in the maritime industry.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain ESH policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ESH training programs.
• Investigate incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as safety science or industrial hygiene.
• Three years of experience in ESH management, preferably in the maritime industry.
• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
