About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Facilities Operations Management Group as an Operations and Engineering Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buildings and ensuring that they are fit for mission use.

Key responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams to solve complex facilities issues, managing portfolio risks and issues, and collaborating with line stakeholders to develop solutions to technical facilities projects.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in facility management, engineering, construction management, architecture, or relevant discipline, plus five (5) or more years of directly related experience. PMP, PE, FMP, or other relevant certifications are also desirable.
