Sustainability and Energy Consultant

Dexian - Signature Consultants is seeking a full-time Sustainability and Energy Consultant in Detroit, MI. The role involves developing energy-saving initiatives, researching funding opportunities for energy efficiency projects, collaborating with building controls personnel, and optimizing building systems for energy efficiency. No specific degree is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives in collaboration with campus stakeholders.
• Research and apply for rebates, grants, or other external funding opportunities for energy efficiency projects.
• Work with the Building Controls Director and technicians to perform BAS benchtop reviews and analyze system performance.
• Provide recommendations to optimize building controls for energy efficiency.
