About the Position

Sern BioScience is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support the project of building a new commercial manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field and a strong understanding of building systems.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of facilities, utilities, and infrastructure
• Manage projects, including facility improvements, renovations, expansions, and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations through regular inspections and audits
Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or another discipline with equivalent experience and training
• Experience in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
• Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with energy management, sustainability practices, and building automation systems
