Sustainability and Compliance Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability and Compliance Lead for our corporate office located in Atlanta, GA. In this dynamic role, you will take the reins in developing, managing, and promoting our sustainability initiatives while addressing customer Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance requests.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement sustainability programs and set ambitious goals.
• Champion sustainability initiatives across the division.
• Manage sustainability programs in accordance with established standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the division's performance against sustainability objectives.
• Develop and communicate reports and presentations to senior leadership and board committees on sustainability and ESG progress.
• Research and track industry trends related to ESG issues.
• Support corporate sustainability programs and ensure alignment with divisional objectives.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on sustainability practices.
• Organize training sessions, workshops, and events to enhance knowledge and skills on sustainability topics.
• Create and share internal communications about sustainability initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to assess sustainability needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and validate data to present insights clearly and effectively.
• Represent Atlas at external sustainability events and promote our achievements.
• Address and respond to external customer ESG compliance requests.

Qualifications:
• B.S. Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• A minimum of 3 years in a sustainability role with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.

• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities.
• Strong project and time management skills to drive impactful initiatives.
• Critical thinking capabilities with quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Ability to craft engaging PowerPoint presentations and reports for various audiences.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
