Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Scientist to join our team. As an Environmental Scientist at Shannon & Wilson, you will be responsible for conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, reviewing and interpreting environmental data, and preparing summary reports.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive environmental consulting and/or engineering tasks, including planning, data assessment, reporting, travel, and field work.
• Assist with review, evaluation, and interpretation of environmental data.
• Prepare summary reports and interact with clients, vendors, and staff at all levels in a professional manner.
• Follow company policies, including Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Loss Prevention.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, civil or environmental engineering, chemistry, or other natural sciences; Master's degree preferred.
• 7-14 years of experience in environmental consulting or related field.
• Travel and year-round field work with working hours more than 40 per week and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of federal regulations, such as RCRA and CERCLA.
