Farm Credit Canada is seeking a Sustainability Specialist in Regina, SK. \tSustainability is about meeting today’s needs while preserving the ability of future generations to meet theirs – a principle that aligns with the values of FCC and our customers. As a Sustainability Specialist, you’ll support efforts to build industry cohesion on environmental sustainability with external stakeholders, drive the implementation of FCC’s inaugural Climate and Nature Adaptation and Transition plan, and engage with customer-facing teams to apply a sustainability/ESG lens to high-profile deals.

\tWhat you’ll do:

\t

\t\tWork with stakeholders to assess risks and opportunities related to business processes and projects, customer offerings and key business decisions

\t

\t\tCoach and mentor others to effectively manage performance and best practices

\t

\t\tProvide recommendations and consultation on governance gaps

\t

\t\tMaintain sustainability policies and disclosures

\t

\t\tResearch, develop and implement key performance indicators to monitor FCC’s overall sustainability performance

\t
