Sustainability Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative thinker who can identify opportunities to continuously improve our sustainability practices.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in environmental or sustainability-related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal stakeholders. An understanding of fashion industry standards and processes is essential, as well as the ability to develop and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to ensure sustainability and reduce environmental impact.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve sustainability practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
Develop and manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze sustainability performance metrics.
Develop and oversee educational initiatives to raise awareness about sustainability and the fashion industry.
Stay up to date on developments in the sustainability space and best practices.
Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability-related policies and procedures.
Provide support and guidance to other departments on sustainability initiatives.
Track and report on progress of sustainability initiatives.
