Develop and implement Aegon's sustainability strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Oversee and manage all aspects of sustainability reporting, including data collection, analysis, and disclosure.
Ensure the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of all sustainability reports and disclosures.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainability reporting and make recommendations for improvement to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability initiatives and drive their successful implementation.
Create and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather and validate sustainability data.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with sustainability reporting standards and regulations.
Serve as a subject matter expert on ESG issues and provide guidance and support to other departments and teams.
Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions to increase awareness and understanding of sustainability and responsible business practices.
Act as a champion for sustainability within the organization, promoting a culture of sustainability and driving continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
