Sustainability Project Manager

Rose International is seeking a Sustainability Project Manager in Berlin, CT. The role involves managing electric energy efficiency projects, including the EV Charging Program. About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Rose International as a Clean Energy Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project/program management services to customers for electric energy efficiency projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement energy efficiency programs to meet established goals.
• Lead design, development, marketing, and implementation of the EV Charging Program under the direction of the Manager of Electric Vehicle Implementation.
• Manage all reporting required by state regulators and oversee all vendors and partner organizations involved in this program.
• Engage with customers/communities, manage program payments, approve program applications, and assist in the process of continuously improving program operation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Public Policy, Financial, or related disciplines, or equivalent experience.
• Three plus years managing complex, high-volume customer-facing programs.
