Allstate Insurance Company is offering a remote Sustainability Project Coordinator Apprentice position as part of their Early Career Apprentice Program. This role involves hands-on training in sustainability and project management, allowing apprentices to gain experience while working and attending school. Want to work in your field and train on the job? Join our 1224-month apprentice program! You will earn and learn on the job, receive career guidance and mentorship, all while attending school. Allstate will also provide tuition assistance and hands-on training in the field of sustainability and project management.

Law & Regulation Sustainability Project Coordinator Apprentice

Your role as a Sustainability Project Manager will expose you to impactful projects that support Allstates environmental and sustainability initiatives. Job Qualifications

Education:
• Pursuing an Associates Degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, Project Management, or other relevant fields preferred.
• Candidates with strong project management skills and a passion for sustainability are encouraged to apply.

Work Authorization:
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Core Skills:
• Strong organizational and time management skillsability to manage multiple sustainability projects effectively.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skillsability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Sustainability Project Manager Apprentice Responsibilities:

As a Sustainability Project Manager, youll play a key role in supporting Allstates sustainability efforts and driving environmental initiatives. Youll:
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring sustainability projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct research and analysis on sustainability trends and best practices.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in sustainability-related external reporting.

Compensation: As an Apprentice, you will work part-time, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week, with an hourly pay rate between $18 - 25/hr. Benefits are also available.
