Community Outreach Manager Job Description

This role focuses on building relationships with local organizations and supporting community programs to promote sustainability initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
• Initiate, direct, and participate in community outreach programs by encouraging associates and managers to serve as good members of the community.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key individuals or groups, representing the organization to various external organizations, and championing sponsored programs, events, and sustainability efforts.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Leadership, or related field; OR 2 years' retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
