ABOUT THIS ROLE

As our full-time Sustainability Manager, you'll lead the charge in reducing environmental impact, ensuring ethical sourcing, and driving sustainability across our entire operation. Your day will be dynamic-you'll analyze and verify feed sourcing to ensure it's deforestation-free, optimize waste reduction and recycling programs, and strategize to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and water use intensity. You'll collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and regulatory agencies to enforce ethical labor rights and prudent antibiotic use policies while conducting risk assessments and audits to keep operations compliant and forward-thinking. Your expertise in sustainability reporting, carbon footprint reduction, and energy efficiency will be key to setting ambitious goals-and achieving them. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER

Our company is searching for a visionary leader who can strategize, execute, and continuously improve environmental sustainability initiatives across our operations. You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in sustainability, environmental science, agriculture, supply chain management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in sustainability management, preferably in the animal agriculture or food production industry
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability frameworks, and certification standards
• Proficiency in data analysis, sustainability reporting, and lifecycle assessment
• Ability to work cross-functionally with suppliers, procurement teams, and regulatory bodies
