Shirley Parsons is partnering with a prestigious Principal Construction Company to find a Carbon Manager who is passionate about driving meaningful change and advancing sustainability within the built environment. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in one of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects, leading the charge on carbon reduction strategies and shaping the future of sustainable construction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Lead the Change: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in climate action, guiding senior leadership teams to effectively reduce carbon emissions across the business.
• Innovate with Purpose: Collaborate with project and construction teams to shape low-carbon design solutions that are both creative and practical.
• Drive Net Zero Progress: Engage with external clients and partners, offering expert advice to help them navigate their journey toward Net Zero.
• Inspire Through Workshops: Design and deliver engaging, interactive workshops that drive adoption and empower teams to implement carbon reduction initiatives.
• Keep the Business Informed: Develop clear and consistent reporting strategies to update senior leadership on progress, challenges, and achievements.
