Sustainability Manager

Jaguar Land Rover is hiring a Sustainability Manager in Dubai, UAE. The role involves leading sustainability initiatives, developing strategies, and managing a team. As the Sustainability Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, you will be responsible for leading the sustainability agenda across the business and driving the development of sustainable products, processes, and operations. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of sustainability best practices and a passion for creating meaningful change. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a degree in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field and have at least five years of experience in a similar role. You must have a proven ability to develop and implement sustainability strategies and programs and have a strong understanding of sustainability metrics and reporting. The ability to lead and manage a team is essential and experience working in the automotive industry is preferred.As the Sustainability Manager, you will be a passionate and influential leader, taking the lead in driving the sustainability agenda and making a real difference to Jaguar Land Rover. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies and programs that are aligned with Jaguar Land Rover's long-term goals.

Lead and manage a team of sustainability professionals.

Create meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of sustainability initiatives.

Monitor and report on sustainability metrics and progress.

Ensure compliance with relevant sustainability regulations and standards.

Educate and raise awareness of sustainability best practices across the organization.

Develop and maintain sustainable processes and operations.

Research and identify new opportunities for sustainability.

Analyze trends and data to identify risks and opportunities.

Develop and support new initiatives to promote sustainability.
