As a Supply Chain Expert, you will play a key role in executing processes, tools, and strategies to continuously improve suppliers' performance and mitigate risks in terms of Quality, Delivery, Capacity, and Sustainability.

Key responsibilities include leading supplier development activities from pre-production to the start of production, qualifying suppliers through onsite assessments, maintaining and improving supplier quality and delivery performance, managing part and process assurance, collaborating with stakeholders, conducting audits, supporting category strategy, and leading proactive activities with suppliers.

Requirements
• Education: B.Sc., M.Sc. in Engineering - quality, process, and production or MBA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in supplier development roles, supplier quality, supply chain management, and/or manufacturing/process engineering within a component manufacturing company.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Project Management tools.
• Experience communicating with diverse cultures and nationalities.
• Lead auditor experience during Supplier onboarding process or CI projects.
