Job Description
Bosch is seeking a passionate Sustainability Manager in Mexico City to develop and implement sustainable business practices. The role requires a degree in environmental science, engineering, or sustainability, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Responsibilities include monitoring sustainability initiatives, collaborating with departments, managing budgets, and developing educational materials. This full-time position offers a salary range of MX$45K–MX$90K per month.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sustainability Manager to join the Bosch team. As a Sustainability Manager, you’ll be a key player in helping Bosch develop and implement sustainable business practices. This position is an incredible opportunity for someone who is committed to making a positive environmental impact and is eager to apply their technical expertise.To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have a degree in a related field (e.g. environmental science, engineering, or sustainability). You should also be a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills who is comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Sustainability Manager, you’ll need to be driven, organized, and have an eye for detail, as well as possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sustainable business practices in accordance with Bosch's objectives.
Research and analyze the environmental impact of Bosch's operations.
Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability initiatives.
Work with other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
Develop and manage budgets for sustainability projects.
Create and deliver presentations on sustainability initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategies to reduce the environmental impact of Bosch's operations.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of sustainability initiatives on a regular basis.
Develop educational and training materials to raise awareness of sustainability initiatives.
