Sustainability Manager

Bosch is seeking a Sustainability Manager in Paris, France, who will develop and manage sustainability strategies to reduce the company's environmental footprint. The role requires a degree in sustainability or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position is full-time with a salary range of €50K–€90K annually.

A strong understanding of sustainability principles and initiatives, as well as experience in developing and executing sustainability plans is also essential. Responsibilities of the Sustainability Manager:
Develop, manage, and monitor sustainability strategy, including creating innovative solutions to reduce environmental footprint
Research and develop sustainability initiatives that are both effective and financially viable
Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders at all levels
Monitor progress of sustainability efforts and make necessary adjustments
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sustainability initiatives align with organizational goals and objectives
Collaborate with external organizations to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Develop and implement sustainability communication strategies
Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives for leadership
Provide training and guidance to staff on sustainability topics
Monitor regulations and compliance to ensure sustainability practices are in line with legal requirements
