Role Overview

The Environmental Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal environmental laws and regulations. This position will focus on air quality permitting and compliance, as well as emission tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain awareness of changes in laws and regulations, influencing implementation where necessary.
• Review and prepare compliance schedules and inspection reports to ensure adherence to relevant environmental regulatory agencies.
• Oversee timely submission of reports as required by permits.
• Conduct daily operations reviews for compliance with air regulations and permit requirements.
• Communicate effectively with regulators and external stakeholders as needed.
• Manage outside consultants and contractors, if required.
• Drive compliance efficiency through knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• Track and report environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiatives.
Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in refining or petrochemical industries.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
