Develop and implement environmental sustainability strategies for the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive initiatives that reduce the company's environmental footprint.
Ensure compliance with current environmental regulations and best practices.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry developments and advancements in sustainable practices.
Monitor and report on the company's environmental performance, including setting and tracking targets and KPIs.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to promote sustainable practices.
Engage and educate employees at all levels on environmental sustainability initiatives and best practices.
Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and suppliers, to advance the company's sustainability efforts.
Develop and manage budgets for environmental sustainability projects and initiatives.
Lead the company's sustainability reporting efforts and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Stay up-to-date on relevant industry certifications and work towards obtaining and maintaining them for the organization.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the company's sustainability practices.
Act as a brand ambassador for the company's commitment to environmental sustainability.
Manage and mentor a team of sustainability professionals, providing guidance and support in their roles.
Contribute to the development of company-wide policies and procedures related to environmental sustainability.
