Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Strategist to join our team at Mentor Technical Group. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce energy consumption and costs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices, with experience in energy efficiency and green building design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Sustainability Plans: Create and execute plans to reduce energy consumption and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing sustainable practices.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Facility Optimization: Utilize data analytics and monitoring tools to optimize facility operations and reduce waste, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Sustainability Metrics: Maintain accurate records of sustainability metrics, including energy consumption, water usage, and waste reduction, providing timely reports to stakeholders.
• Employee Engagement: Provide education and training on corporate environmental sustainability goals and best practices to employees, promoting a culture of sustainability within the organization.
• ESG Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability metrics, supporting the company's commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles.
